And now for a handy storyboarding tip. Take white, lined 4 x 6 index cards and by placing horizontal lines with a black marker at the indicated spots, you get an HD proportioned drawing area. Plus you can write in frame numbers in the top section and notes at the bottom.

I'm assuming you have a light table and it goes without saying that you ink the black lines on the blank side of the card.

Sing! is in the storyboard/animatic stage. We're using the free animation app Pencil to draw and time the animatic. This is done after doing thumbnail sketches for each scene. Currently doing the thumbnails for the third (last) scene.
